Great experience!! My first time in Rio and I really enjoyed it. Quiet environment.
Regarding the service.. The little market downstairs served me well!!

What saved it was the location, but I believe they don't care about providing good service.
Breakfast was 'average' but the scrambled eggs were cold, they took a long time to replenish, and even the coffee from the thermos was cold (even though they had just refilled the thermos).

👎 Disliked
- • In the room, the maintenance was not good, baseboards falling off (or already detached), they didn't clean or make the bed, when we returned at the end of the day, they had only changed the towels. Bathroom with loose grout. No hairdryer.
Good location and structure
Location, receptionists' service, very kind and efficient. Structure. Excellent option in Barra.

- • I liked everything
Good.
Good shower, good room size, Camile's service was also good, especially when requesting a room change she did her best to assist.

👎 Disliked
- • Noise.. on the first night I already requested a room change, those facing the avenue are very uncomfortable in terms of noise, they would need to invest in double glazing, Another terrible item is breakfast: the lack of preparation of the staff is visible in both the service area and kitchen, we had breakfast at different times and still everything was missing: from the simplest things like coffee to fruits to bread to juice, etc... they fall short in terms of breakfast.
