- • The room was big, but dirty in places - heavy dust in corners and under the bed (you could see it when seated on the armchairs facing the bed). We ran out of hand wash and shower gel after the first night. We requested for these to be replaced three times. At one point we were given mini hand soaps (from different venues). In the end, we just bought our own from shops as we gave up asking. This hotel may have premium in the name, but it wasn't premium in its offering. We were very disappointed and wouldn't return to this hotel. Compared to other hotels we stayed on our trip, this was one of the more expensive ones, but offered less than a Premier Inn in the UK.
Good value on the edge of town
A nice hotel with good facilities and breakfast. Don’t forget to get your free tourist transit pass if you are staying a few days as this gives you access to free public transport during your stay.

- • The location is a bit out of town, only 10 minutes by bus but a long walk. Don’t be put off by the exterior - the inside is nice 😊.

- • After we checked out and left the hotel, after 3 whole hours they charged me 100€! I immediately called to ask the reason. The answer was: We cannot answer you over the phone, you must send an email. I immediately sent an email! No one replied! The next day, while I was still in Salzburg, I went to the hotel to ask in person for the reason.. And what they told me was: the dog's hair on the floor!!!!! Meaning: Dogs are allowed, with a charge of course, but they must be without hair as I imagine the hotel's policy must state! This should have been clarified from the beginning, because as customers we couldn't bring our own broom. Anyway, I find this unacceptable!
