The great service of the receptionist, she was alone and there were many guests so a lot of hustle and bustle. She was very friendly and helpful. A compliment!

I ruined my vacation and my mood
Absolutely nothing, when a hotel is supposed to be 4 stars, it should not smell from the reception to the rooms! This is a 2-star hostel! Luckily it was only for one day, I booked it hastily, I did not read the comments of customers with lower ratings - which all describe it as it is...

- • The hotel was dirty, when I complained they gave me another room - I went, it was equally dirty with a thick layer of dust everywhere, dirty kettle, and a carpet that had not been cleaned for at least a month! There is a situation described as - an uncontrolled ship, no care for customers - you paid - that's it!!!
Expensive, and a bit disappointing.

- • Location, room cleaning not to standard, shower shampoo dispenser was faulty and was a slipping hazard in the bath where it leaked, this was reported twice but nothing was fixed. Car parking charge was expensive.

Good hotel quality/price for Salzburg
Very comfortable hotel, super bedding and good appreciable air conditioning in these days of heatwave, located outside the center, but the bus stop is right behind the hotel. Very good breakfast. We found something to eat every evening of our stay around the hotel.

- • Some room carpets should be changed because in ours, there were old stains and push the beds during full cleanings because there is a lot of visible dust when sitting on the armchair.
