- • Our old mattress had two significant hollows, created by people. The storage room door for the staff, which slammed shut repeatedly early in the morning. The air conditioning was way too cold, especially in the breakfast room and throughout the establishment. It's like winter inside, summer outside!

Location is right in the heart of Munich. We were right next door to an amazing Bavarian restaurant called Hexon Grill. The hotel staff made us feel very welcome. The hospitality was overwhelming. Peter, who works at the reception, even called his friend on a Friday night and walked around the corner to the Bavarian restaurant. His hospitality really touched my heart. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The breakfast offers a large variety of food. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely return and stay there again.
