- • The rooms are not soundproof at all, neither towards the outside nor between each other. At night, even though we were on the twelfth floor, every noise from the street could be heard, plus the megaphone for prayers that starts at 4 in the morning in every neighborhood. For those with light sleep, sleeping there is a nightmare.

The hotel is located in the downtown area. Access to Tunjungan Mall is within walking distance. The hotel itself is very modern and clean. The room is comfortable, and the staff are helpful and very friendly. The service is excellent!!!
