We booked the Hill Villa and it was like jumped out from a dream. The private pool is perfect. The view for the patio was amazing. Transfers to Ubud central with hotel's car with a convenient fee

- • There are 2 things must be done immediately A. Small detail renovation like rusty parts in bathroom B huge improvement in cleaning

Good choice of accommodation unless you’re catching an early morning boat then it’s much more convenient to stay in town

- • The hotel is not very responsive prior to arrival. Also, many other hotels include transfers in their hotel rate. Plataran charged more than double the going rate for an airport transfer and only reduced their rate (still not competitive) upon complaint.

- • Despite the staff keeping the beach clean and constantly picking up trash, there was still trash being brought in by the ocean. While they were doing the best they can it's still unfortunate. Another issue that was very annoying was that the toilets in the bathroom where in little glass “rooms” that were very small and extremely uncomfortable. As the bathroom itself is very spacious it doesn't make any sense.
