Lovely hotel.
Slept wonderfully in the comfortable bed with a nice mattress. Good breakfast. Enjoy relaxing by the rooftop pool. Good air conditioning and close to restaurants and bars.

The hotel is extremely well-located, in the historic center of the city and just a few steps from bars and restaurants. The ease of access is a very important point! Breakfast is simple but tasty, with an interesting variety of fruits available. It is not a buffet. Since the hotel is not very large, this justified not having a buffet. You need to request what you would like to eat, based on availability. The decoration of Placita Vieja Hotel Boutique is beautiful, and the pool is very pleasant! The staff were usually friendly, polite, and committed to providing good service. I really liked it!

Very good if you like partying and don't mind the noise.

- • The location is excellent, but there is a lot of street noise since it is a central area with a lot of nightlife. This noise is added to the noise from the fan, necessary for sleeping. The rooms have air conditioning, but it was too cold, making the temperature too low. The room did not have a hairdryer. Also, the window faced a wall just a foot away.

The location is very central at Parque de los Novios with many bars and restaurants, but also loud, especially in the evenings. Nice large bright room. Air conditioning even during power outages. For an old town hotel, a relatively large well-maintained rooftop pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Tasteful decor (boutique style). Breakfast generally consists of fruit and eggs with toast or Arepa, coffee, freshly squeezed juice. No bar but drinks are brought, even to the pool

The hotel is very nice. The room was very comfortable, clean, and had everything necessary. The staff's attention was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and always with a smile, ready to help us. We really enjoyed the Turkish bath and the pool. The location in the heart of the historic center made our movements much easier and provided opportunities to try the city's great gastronomy and tourist spots.

- • As a suggestion, we hope that the renovations of the bar and spa can be completed soon so we can enjoy a good cocktail by the pool and a relaxing massage ☺️
