Beautiful hotel and restaurants
All of the eating and drinking establishments within the hotel were amazing. We enjoyed the bar, The Living Room, Olivier Bistrot, and the breakfast area. The bedding was fantastic as was the air conditioning.

- • The spa was difficult for my older mother to use because of the stairs. The sauna is up three flights of stairs. The pool is very small and loads of parents had their kids swimming in there long after the “kids allowed” hours.
Great place to stay for visiting Gand.
We were upgraded so it was a nice surprise. The hotel is very well located so can easily walk through the city. The breakfast is excellent and the staff very friendly and professional. Food at the restaurant is also very good.

- • The pool is small and with a strong resonance, so could be improved at least on the noise resonance aspect, the sauna and the relaxation room next to the sauna very pleasant.

- • The Spa and pool is a token gesture and really a glorified bath. Sauna area was nicely done but all too small for the number of guests. Also ground floor annex rooms suffer with low privacy to the street next door and a banging gate used by staff most of the time.
Excellent accommodation and great location 10/10 for this hotel. Will definitely book again!
Beautiful hotel, excellent rooms and bathrooms. Very clean and great location for City Centre. Excellent staff, very friendly well trained and went out of their way to look after guests!
