Great hotel, great vibes, great service, everything is top notch
We had a great stay at this amazing hotel. What I liked the most is the professionalism of the staff, they are very caring and take little care of every little detail. We got sick one day my wife and I, they brought us dinner to the room, suggested to send the medics and kept following up. I would definitely come back.

Great location, impeccable cleanliness, beautiful pools. A staff (from reception to guards, servers, and housekeepers, not forgetting the guest relation (Meriam) always attentive and especially the daily follow-up and also the animation team) friendly and very welcoming. They made our stay very pleasant. Not to mention the superb Moroccan restaurant on the rooftop with Mr. Said always attentive. And finally, I recommend it to people looking for PEACE and REST. So good🥰🥰

We had a wonderful stay. The reception staff were very welcoming, always smiling, helpful, and ready to answer any questions. The rooms were very clean and the staff were professional and friendly. A special thank you to Farida and Nadia for their kindness. The animation was great, with a special thanks to Hamza for his fun spirit and to the whole animation team. The food was excellent and honestly exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive hotel. Every day there were different dishes, everything was delicious and the quality was very good. Special thanks to Salah and Salah Eddine for always serving us with a smile, as well as all the restaurant staff, chefs, and the lovely people serving the tea. Finally, thank you to the security guards at the entrance leading to the beach. Overall, the amazing staff and their positive energy really made our stay special.

- • Well-located hotel, but with much to improve. The location is undoubtedly the hotel's strong point, with an excellent seafront and a very pleasant surrounding. The beach is mainly frequented by locals. Unfortunately, the experience falls far short of expectations. The buffet restaurant resembles more of a canteen than a hotel space, with poor quality and preparation. The lack of leadership and a kitchen up to the establishment's standards is evident - a good chef would make all the difference. It seems to be a hotel mainly focused on mass tourism, prioritizing quantity over quality. Another negative point is the pool area by the sea: despite explicit warnings that reserving sun loungers is not allowed, they are constantly occupied with towels and personal items for long periods, without any effective intervention by the hotel. In summary: excellent location, but service, catering, and organization urgently need improvements
