The resort is beautiful, very well-maintained, and always impeccably clean, both in the rooms and in the common areas. The property offers many services and, despite being very large, everything is organized with great attention. A special mention goes to all the staff: friendly, kind, helpful, and always attentive to the guests' needs. We felt welcomed and pampered throughout our stay. But a truly special thanks we want to dedicate to the Sales Manager Mohamed, who has significantly contributed to making our vacation even more enjoyable. Mohamed was attentive and caring from the very beginning, even before our arrival. Throughout the stay, he constantly made sure we had everything we needed and that everything was going smoothly. He also assisted us in organizing and booking excursions, restaurants, and outings, always demonstrating an exceptional level of availability and attention. He didn't just do his job: he made us feel truly supported and welcomed. We are sure that anyone who has the fortune to meet him during their stay will feel very comfortable with him and can count on his professionalism, kindness, and availability. For us, everything was truly perfect. We return home with beautiful memories and hope to return to Pickalbatros Portofino soon. Amazing hotel definitely worth the stay.

Very big and amazing property with everything available. Very welcoming and amazing service. Great rooms and great beach. So many fun things to do for kids and adults. Clean rooms and restaurants.

Unforgettable stay

The property is clean and very well-maintained. We appreciated the kindness, availability, and attention of all the staff. The food is varied with the possibility to try 5 restaurants spread throughout the village. Excellent cleanliness, beach towels changed daily. Also very pleasant the possibility to move around with rickshaws. Endless pools and the water park is also very fun. We felt pampered in every way. A special thanks to Mohamed for accommodating all our requests. We will return with immense pleasure.

Very good restaurant, Great plus for TABLIA AND SHELFISH

Very beautiful place, magnificent crystal-clear beach and remarkable welcome

The hotel is amazing, there are 36 pools scattered around this large hotel, three main large ones and a water park. The children had a blast and had a lot of fun. The snacks are very good and the restaurants serve incredible food, we were amazed by the quality of the food. We had a small issue with the reservation and the hotel manager was extraordinary. He helped us right away, found solutions as quickly as possible for us, and that was very much appreciated because we had to cancel our reservation and he was very understanding. It was magnificent. The beaches are superb. The snacks are very nice. The restaurants are very well decorated. The service is remarkable, we took a beach view bungalow and there is even a minibus that takes you from one place to another in the hotel. You also have bicycles to ride along the beach or to go from one place to another, and the children really appreciated that a lot.
