I had a fantastic stay at Pickalbatros Laguna Club. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. A special thanks to the reception team for accommodating us and getting us checked into our rooms as quickly as possible. I would also like to thank Samir at the restaurant, who was always cheerful, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The Wi-Fi was excellent, with fast and reliable coverage throughout the entire resort. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained, and the beach staff were extremely welcoming, regularly checking in to see if we needed anything. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Pickalbatros Laguna Club to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Honestly, each time the stay is more beautiful than the previous one🌹 Thanks to the wonderful service and the staff whose taste exceeded the limits, especially Mr. Mohamed Ghali, Mr. Ahmed, and the animation chef Ibrahim, and all the staff... Really, thank you from the heart ❤️

Premises is perfect, stuff, food, aquapark all perfect. Ahmed Adel was exceptionally professional, he supported us even before we reach the hotel, he made sure our accommodation was as smooth as possible. Surprised to see such a service in Egypt.

Mashallah honestly and nothing better I travel a lot but for the first time I enjoy like this and the guys are all honey, all of them from the room service group, to Mr. Mohamed Ghali, the peak of politeness and ethics honestly
