Overall good stay experience, outstanding sea view, comfortable bedding, a good choice for staying in Penang.
The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable for a good sleep, the staff is polite and friendly, the overall service is meticulous and thoughtful, the hotel's sea view is very impressive, and the complimentary drinks provided in the lobby are also very good.

The poor soundproofing made our stay uncomfortable and did not meet the standards we expected from a well-known hotel brand.
The breakfast buffet was good, with a wide variety of choices, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

- • The room’s soundproofing was extremely poor, which was very disappointing for a well-known brand hotel. We could clearly hear footsteps from the corridor, as well as our neighbor’s alarm going off through the wall. The alarm woke us up a couple of times, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The poor sound insulation significantly affected our overall experience and was the main reason for our low rating.

- • I rented a meeting room, but it was small for the specified number of people. I feel that the space for placing PCs and mice was not taken into consideration.
