Everything is fine
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was pleasant and relaxing. The service was excellent, and every staff member was courteous and professional. A special thanks to Sunanda from the Front Office for the warm welcome, friendly attitude, and outstanding assistance throughout my stay. Sunanda's professionalism and willingness to help made the experience even more enjoyable. - • We had booked and paid for an extra night in order to have the room available upon our arrival, as the hotel did not offer early check-in. Despite this, upon our arrival, the room reserved since the day before was still not ready. We were placed in a temporary room that did not correspond to the superior category booked. In the evening, we were offered a superior room with only one bed when our reservation specified two beds. After complaining, we finally got the reserved category, but my colleague had to sleep on a camp bed. Paying for an extra night to guarantee room availability and ending up in this situation is unacceptable. Very poor reservation management and faulty organization.

Best hotel in Kolkata, location is very famous, food quality was good but room service was slow, reception staff Simran and Sujeet, The dosa counter chef was very good, overall good hotel, Will visit again.
