- • We stayed in one of the Samal rooms, and while our overall experience was enjoyable, the room could definitely benefit from an upgrade. Considering the premium price of the accommodation, modernizing the rooms would greatly enhance the guest experience and better reflect the value offered. We also encountered a few staff members who came across as less welcoming than expected. Friendlier and more courteous service would make guests feel even more valued.

Samal 4 room is very nice. We loved the room and it’s proximity to the restaurant and pool/beach. The food was excellent and staff very attentive. Massage was a little pricey but very good! Love the music during dinner.

- • Gym is so so. Location’s limited accessibility. There should be land access for those who don’t like boat rides.

- • Clothes storage was lacking we were the 6 days and had to live out of the suitcase. Somewhere to dry towels as the don’t dry in the shower, just a couple of hooks would be sufficient 🙂
Buffet food was very delicious from breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please tell the chef this was one of the best meals I’ve had. The meat, the taste was really good.

- • The sea is colored greenish and the shoreline is small, not many activities. The place is too overrated, just hyped on social media.
