- • The main principle of this hotel is the incompetent staff. Cleaners do not provide towels, do not bring slippers, may leave the door in the room unlocked - I was just shocked! The IT guy could not solve the Internet problem for 2 days, I constantly had no Internet in my room at all. The rooms need furniture updates. At first, they tried to accommodate me in a very old room. The reservation indicated one bed, they tried to accommodate me where there were two, and even three. The photos on Booking are completely different! Breakfasts are very poor. There are only two umbrellas in the pool area, one of them is broken.

Perfect for a quiet rest after a week of work. I would like to warmly thank the entire reception team, especially Moe, a smiling woman, extremely warm, caring, and very professional, and Maunouf, always smiling, helpful, and very professional. Thanks to them, I felt at home, welcomed, and safe. Excellent and varied breakfast. I recommend 100% and will return with great pleasure.
