- • Internet sign-up and access to Chrome was annoying and kept cutting in and out. Hot water in shower was patchy and not constant

- • The breakfast. It's just not hitting the mark. Options aren't that great. And the hot food is often just warm or bordering on cold and dry.
Wonderful! The best hotel I’ve stayed in.
This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had at a hotel. My partner and I went for our anniversary and we were treated to complimentary drinks, a late checkout and breakfast! I have never been privileged enough to be able to afford a stay in a hotel that offers so much - including robes, gym and pool access, and a great amenities kit! Breakfast was lovely and plentiful, with a great variety of options both hot and cold.

- • The only experience we had that was sub-par (it didn’t bother us too much, however) was we were often met with a little skepticism towards whether we were actually staying at the hotel or not. We were asked for our room number every time we asked for directions within the hotel.

We arrived directly from the airport on a bitterly cold and rainy day, and the staff immediately met us outside, welcomed us in, and helped with our bags. They were also kind enough to accommodate an earlier check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The staff at check-in were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, with excellent facilities that are modern, clean, and very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, with lovely king-sized pillows, great water pressure, and excellent toiletries. The large TV was another nice touch, along with all the little extras available throughout the room. Overall, this was really good value for money, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! Late checkout is also fantastic!
