- • The location at the drug hotspot Volksgarten is rather challenging.

- • Not a big deal, as the apartment is really great. Improve: - Window front facing neighbors, missing blinds, the curtains outside are narrow and constantly moving/shifting with the wind. The neighbors constantly look directly into the living room, even more at night. - Set the air conditioning before re-entry when it's over 30 degrees outside. Just as a note, the location for exploring Graz is very good, but the park opposite doesn't give a safe impression (this is surely known, the city should do something about it, police presence is too low).

Price-performance ratio is not right
The welcome was nice and the apartment was briefly shown to us; we could easily use the washing machine and dryer

- • TV didn't work, Wi-Fi was intermittent, sofa bed was uncomfortable. Location was not as great as expected: very shady characters and drug dealers hang out in the park in front day and night, so we didn't feel really comfortable there with the kids; Equipment was not as great as expected or very minimalist e.g. we didn't know where to put the waste, there was no waste bin in the toilet; I also didn't find a dish towel for the kitchen; from my point of view, price/performance is not right due to the location
