Central location yet a quite street along the lovely green city park. Good air conditioning (!) which was absolutely necessary due to the very hot weather. Clean and well-equipped new apartment, comfy bed and sofa. Private parking spot was a big plus.

- • A few more kitchen utensils would be useful (peeler, spatula, placemat) but the appliances are great. Well, there is the park in front, ideal for a touch of greenery but quite frequented even if you don't feel unsafe.

Everything was very good and we can gladly recommend it.
Everything was very well described. It was easy to find the accommodation and get into the apartment. We had a parking space in the city in front of the house, which was great.

I travel a lot and have seen a lot. This house is simply outstanding, planned and furnished by an owner with taste and craftsmanship perfection. The location is ideal for exploring Graz. Here are a few tips: The apartments on the 1st floor (e.g. App. 4) are accessible by elevator. The parking lot is large, even for large SUVs. The host lives on-site and takes care of his guests and the property!! Another plus is the washer + dryer
