- • The room gave an aging impression. The view directly faced neighboring houses, limiting privacy. I was also bothered by the presence of mosquitoes inside, with bites during the night.
Great stay in a beautiful hotel in a good location, with friendly and helpful staff.
Price/quality is good. Breakfast with more than enough choices. Hotel location close to the center and is also a good starting point for bike rides. Staff very helpful and friendly.

- • Not yet fully equipped to charge a larger number of own electric bikes brought along; it was possible with extension cords. During our stay, the bar was closed due to an upgrade. Therefore, we could only get drinks from a vending machine but lacked, for example, wine glasses. We were in Ghent on the hottest days of 2026 and for example, an ice machine would have been nice.

The staff were excellent. I had to leave a day early due to a personal matter and the staff kindly made some bar charges on my room complimentary. A small touch that took away some administration while I was under stress.

The location of the hotel was very good. Everything within walking distance and quiet.

- • Room very basic and run-down. Through a long messy corridor via stairs to the back building. Everything needs some maintenance. Sticky coffee machine in the room. No water bottle available. On Sunday, luggage had to be picked up by 2 pm because the hotel closes then. This should be communicated in advance.
