The hotel's location is good, breakfast is acceptable but we had a very unpleasant inconvenience, a guest from another room entered ours at 1:45 in the morning because the night receptionist mistakenly gave him the wrong key card. We were already sleeping when suddenly we felt someone inside our room, it was a very distressing moment and I would not stay at this hotel again. They should ensure the safety of the guests, they just said 'oh, what a shame' and that's it as if nothing happened. It is better to pay a little more and not expose yourself to these kinds of things.

My girlfriend and I came to Cali and stayed at this hotel to visit family in the city. We found out that the receptionist does not speak English at all, despite mentioning that the reception speaks English. The hotel is dated and could use a renovation, and the breakfast is nothing like a continental one.
