A welcome that stays in the heart ❤️
Everything was more than perfect ❤️ I loved everything: the beauty of the hotel, the professionalism and kindness of the entire team. But what touched me the most was the lunch box prepared before my departure. This gesture really moved me because I felt they had thought of me and taken care of every detail of my trip. Beautiful reef off the beach, well-maintained property, sea view Regency Club 1-bed accommodation. Cleaning staff was thorough and polite. 10 minutes from the airport. Good breakfast options - falafel, eggs, salads.

- • Lack of vegetarian food options for lunch and dinner. No English channels on TV. No smart TV to watch YouTube.
Being in a good location, having a variety of food options, the interest and friendliness of the staff. Our requests were immediately met. This was our first vacation with our little baby, and everything was very comfortable. We were very satisfied. If I come back to Egypt, this will definitely be our hotel. Thank you for everything Park Regency and the whole team ❤️🫶🏻

- • The only thing I can say as a deficiency is that detailed explanations are not provided to guests on some issues. For example, we accidentally found out that we have 1 free meal in the à la carte restaurant because we had an all-inclusive package. They could have mentioned this at the beginning.

Everything was private, we enjoyed 😉 and the Thai restaurant was excellent, the staff was very good, our kids were very happy, thank you everyone for a beautiful experience ❤️

I want to especially thank Azza, the reservations manager, and Islam at the reception, for their warm welcome, professionalism, and kindness. They always took care of us and made sure our stay was perfect. This place makes you want to come back again and again, to share precious moments with your loved ones.
