- • Ordered a beer by the pool, but it didn't come even after waiting for 25 minutes and ended up canceling it. Asked for ice in the room, but had to wait quite a while for it to arrive. Messaged the facility on the Booking.com site, but received no response at all. Each staff member was attentive and provided good service, but felt dissatisfied with other aspects.

It was a once in a lifetime treat that I will treasure. It was awesome being treated with such kindness and respect. Ha
The location was amazing. The view of the Opera House and Circular Quay breathtaking. The amenities and service exemplary. Comfortable chairs in the dining room and very helpful staff. Room was laid out beautifully, with a very comfortable bed and easy access to the bathroom. Very clean and the coffee bar and fridge well stocked. The complimentary chocolate was delicious.
