I fell for a financial scam. I booked directly through the booking app 2 rooms, for the amount of 7200 reais. Prepayments. At check out, I was informed that booking did not transfer the money to the hotel. I paid again, but this time 12300 reais. I sent the bank statements to booking, showing the mistake. It's been over a month. No response. This situation ruined my experience.
