- • The booking was not appearing at the hotel. They took a long time to search for it. It was disappointing. The experience with food was also not good. The spread did not meet any international standards, even the basics were missing. Other similar category hotels offer a much better spread. Though there were lots of staff members in the dining area, the service was poor, waiting time was long, the dishes were not getting refilled well in time. It was overall disappointing.

Comfortable Stay in Chennai
Good service. The receptionists are helpful, always trying to respond instantly. The doorman Arun is friendly and willing to assist when my driver was attempting to look for the entrance.
