Very pleasant.
The staff service is the best, kindness, always willing to serve and very warm. The food fantastic, both in variety and quality. Everything perfect. The interaction with the animals is something very special and the hotel is beautiful.

- • The elevator in our tower was a disaster. Old and in very bad conditions. The smell was very unpleasant and it almost never worked. One of my daughters got stuck inside for several minutes.

- • Not about the accommodation because it does not depend on the hotel, but the geographical location of the beach and the seaweed season (which I did not take into account) prevent guests from enjoying the sea and the beach, but against nature, there is nothing to do.
