Lovely crew, spectacular location
The people were amazing, the location is great. In order to enjoy the beauty without crowds it makes sense to stay two nights.

- • The manager as from the second day. This is not about my issue with him, that he tried to solve. I don’t like how he treats the staff who are super nice, knowledgeable and do a really great job.

Absolutely beautiful, clean spacious cabins, fantastic food, excellent care from the staff, well-organized outings and all in all an amazing 24 hours!!!!!

Value for money & a must do
The cruise was clean & the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally courteous. A special shout out to Vi at the restaurant. I was traveling with my parents who are vegetarian & I must say that the Indian vegetarian food on the cruise was the best that I had on my entire trip in Vietnam.

I will recommend this trip to anyone.
I really liked working with Annie in helping coordinate various aspects of the trip (answer questions, arranging transportation to the airport after the cruise, providing payment links). Without her help, I think it would have been a bit more difficult to make arrangements.

- • The transportation from the cruise to the airport made an unexpected stop to a location to try to sell us stuff. As we were in a rush to get an earlier flight, this stop was not welcomed and we were not informed even after Annie confirmed it would be a direct trip straight to the airport. Also, I tried to book directly on your website, but for some reason, the booking request never went through. I had to go through booking.com to complete the reservation.
