Excellent place to stay, with a couple minor bumps.
Great location, good proximity to busy pedestrian areas, campo and duomo area. Little street noise at night (exc for sweepers/trash pickup which would be everywhere). Beautiful restored building inside. 24 hr coffee/tea/water available in lobby. Excellent breakfast. Staff was lovely!

- • Some bathrooms don't have a hook to hang the hand-held shower-head and no shower curtain. Ridiculous to try to shower without getting everything wet. Rooms are spacious, beautiful walls and high ceilings, but lighting is poor. They need more lamps.

The location was excellent. The service was very good. The rooms are individually designed. That you spend a few days in a palazzo.

Wow, staying in a 12th century mansion isn’t something you do everyday! It was spacious, unique, comfortable and beautiful, also a delicious breakfast!
