Perfect stay in old San Juan
The property is magnificent and extremely well located! Perfect for visiting old San Juan on foot. The room is large and spacious, and the staff is super friendly!

Unfortunately not a great stay. This was our second time staying here but we will no longer return

- • I booked 2 rooms for a family trip and neither of the rooms was serviced at all during our stay. Both rooms requested cleaning daily which never happened. We also had to call more than once for shower gel and toilet tissue.

Beautiful Hotel and Amazing Staff
The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located right in the heart of downtown, just steps away from Plaza de Armas. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond. Check-in was scheduled for 3 PM, but I arrived at 10 AM and my room was already ready. On the day of checkout, they kindly extended my stay until 1 PM instead of the usual 11 AM. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back.
