- • Overall, the service is very inconsistent, while some do everything to ensure you have a great experience, others do absolutely everything to make you feel uncomfortable. We did everything we wanted, but it was necessary to negotiate and find a way for things to happen. I wouldn't return to this hotel. Efficient concierge service.

- • The Palacio Duhau is presented as an exceptional historic hotel. In reality, the experience is very different depending on the building where you stay. The historic building concentrates the lounges, restaurants, main reception areas, and much of the expected charm of a palace of this category. But most of the rooms are in a second building, located at the back of the garden, with its own access and reception. The two buildings are connected by a long underground corridor, presented as an art gallery. In fact, this gives more the impression of two distinct establishments than a single hotel: two receptions, two breakfast rooms, two very different experiences. The most disappointing point concerns the spa. Guests staying in the back building must go there dressed and then use changing rooms and lockers, as if they were coming from outside. For a hotel positioning itself as a high-end historic palace, this lack of fluidity is hardly understandable. The problem is not the intrinsic quality of the establishment, but the gap between the promise of a stay at the historic Palacio Duhau and the reality experienced when staying in the modern building.

I have spent more nights in hotels than at home for years, so hotels have become my home. However, the Park Hyatt Buenos Aires holds a special place—and rightly so, once again—thanks to its timeless architecture but, above all, its exceptional service, which has remained unsurpassed for nearly two decades. My thanks go to Leandro, Alejandro, Magali, Azul, Lucio, and the entire team for making this latest trip to Argentina so memorable. With heartfelt appreciation.

Amazing hotel
Amazing memorable stay!! We loved this hotel’s location, amenities and service! Our room had a living space, bedroom, large closets and 2 bathrooms- it was spotless and the welcome wine and macarons were a bonus! We’d definitely recommend this place and we’d love to stay there again.
