The Palace Hotel is an oasis of luxury in an outstanding location.
The Palace Hotel was elegant and luxurious, and the location is fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near Tokyo Station but feels completely private and secluded from the hustle and bustle. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Imperial Palace, surrounding park, and skyline. We ordered room service to be able to enjoy the view, and the food was also excellent. My son used the gym and found it well-equipped. I wish we could have stayed longer but had to get back to work.

The location was very good. It was rainy weather, but it was very convenient to walk around as it is connected to the subway and underground passage.

- • I used the sauna at the Evian Spa and was charged an additional fee of about 2500 yen. It is too small and lacks facilities to be worth using.
