We had planned to spend only one day exploring the beach, but unfortunately, the beach was under a red flag due to heavy sargassum seaweed. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Next time, we’ll definitely plan to stay for more days and enjoy

Very nice do not hesitate
We were very kindly upgraded, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really meant a lot to us. The lady at the reception during the day and the gentleman in the evening were both incredibly kind, always attentive to our needs and happy to give us great advice. I highly recommend this place, especially for the price! The facilities are clean and beautiful, and we really have nothing to complain about. We had a wonderful stay!

Quiet area in a great location! Walkable from everything, room was spacious, it was really pretty when you first walk in, and pool! Water fountain on site

Beautiful structure very well-kept a few steps from the center of Tulum. Very spacious suite, clean, well-furnished and with comfortable and very large beds
