I arrived and was well attended at the reception, I liked the reception service, incredible hospitality... she was super polite, played with me, understanding in passing on what you need, and throughout the day it was comfortable.

- • I am a microentrepreneur in the cleaning business... I have a cleaning company in São Paulo... And I was able to assess that the cleaning was very disappointing, there was even a spider web in the place. The bathroom had used soap and used shampoo that the previous guests used and the hotel assistant did not notice, surely did not notice before I checked in... The bathroom is very dirty, something that could have used bleach to facilitate cleaning and it would be impeccable... My dissatisfaction is with the cleaning that was very disappointing. There was a spider web 🕷️ behind the bed. And attention needs to be paid, especially considering it is a hotel. There was also a lack of communication at breakfast, which was paid for, but the place does not provide it, and this information is not valid within the app.
A great day with my girlfriend, very peaceful, cozy, and clean room. Quiet location without loud music, perfect place.

The place has some outdoor spaces that can be used to sit, read, or interact, and the room was sanitized. The staff were kind.

- • The hotel entrance is a bit poor, poorly signposted and far from the reception. The chair in the room was old and uncomfortable. Despite the room being clean, it is not as comfortable as it could be. The furniture and curtains are somewhat old. There is no breakfast option and no indication of places where guests can go to have breakfast.
Expected much more.

- • Unfortunately, I did not check-in. On the day of my reservation, the pool went into maintenance, and we did not find it viable to stay. We talked to the reception to report the incident to the app. But the amount was charged to my card. I await a response to resolve 71 99244-0863.
