- • I am I am a cleaning microentrepreneur... I have a cleaning company in São Paulo... And I was able to assess that the cleaning was very disappointing there was even a spider web in the place The bathroom had used soap and used shampoo that the previous guests used and the hotel assistant did not notice for sure did not notice before I checked in... The bathroom is very dirty something that could have used bleach to facilitate cleaning and it would be something impeccable... My dissatisfaction is with the cleaning that was very disappointing. There was a spider web 🕷️ behind the bed And I need to pay more attention especially in being a hotel There was also a lack of communication at breakfast which was paid for but the place does not provide it and this information is not valid within the application
