Pleasant, well located stay.
This was my second time staying here within a week. First time I had an issue with the room allocation I had requested not being available. However, it suited me to return and so I rebooked on checkout and this time I had no issues. Room more suitable to my requirements.

- • A sharp knife in the kitchen for slicing tomatoes etc would be very helpful.

- • I had requested a ground floor unit. I received confirmation of this request by email. However, on check-in I was allocated an upstairs unit. When I pointed out that they had agreed to my request weeks earlier the gentleman said "that's ok we have one left on the ground floor but unfortunately we haven't turned the heater on prior". This was not a problem for me, however the unit receives no sun whatsoever, Dunedin (my home town) is a damp city especially during Winter months and the unit had a general odour of mold/dampness. The heater worked very well and soon warmed it up, however I was not particularly happy with the unit after this start to check-in.
