Comfortable stay, but below expectations for a five-star hotel.
The hotel is comfortable and the stay was pleasant. The amount of pillows is a positive feature, the bathroom is spacious, and the shower is very good. The cleaning is also well done, with the room always organized. The leisure area is a highlight: the heated pool is very pleasant and the sauna is also very good.

- • The breakfast is good, but I found it simple for the hotel's price range. The structure is comfortable, but it already shows some age in certain aspects. In the gym, I missed the availability of water for guests. In addition, the prices of consumables, such as water and drinks, are high. The soundproofing of the rooms could also be better, as the noise from cleaning, especially the vacuum cleaner in the hallways, ends up being bothersome. In my perception, some details of structure and services still fall below what is expected of a five-star hotel.
