Excellent value for money, flexible service and a surprisingly good half-board experience.
Very accommodating staff and excellent flexibility with early check-in. We arrived around 12:00 and, although the official check-in time was 15:00, we were able to get both our room and the access card for the parking we had reserved in advance. We paid a €20 cash deposit for the parking access card, which was then used towards the parking fee when we checked out. The parking was available from 13:00 on the day of arrival until 13:00 the following day, but the staff kindly offered to let us keep the car there longer at no extra charge if we wished. We booked half board and were pleasantly surprised by the varied dinner buffet: turkey, salmon, sautéed vegetables, duchess potatoes, tabbouleh with falafel and desserts, as well as red and white wine, beer, water and coffee — all included. Very good value for money.

- • The rooms are not particularly large, and the space can feel a little limited, especially if you are travelling with a lot of luggage. However, the room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with everything we needed for a short stay. Considering the price, the convenient location and everything included in our half-board package, the room size was perfectly acceptable. Overall, this was only a minor drawback and did not negatively affect our stay.

Very good quality-price ratio
Very good for everything, perfect price-quality, just a room with noise all night because of drunkards who respect nothing. I think that at 3 am they can go home without shouting, apart from that, nothing better. Mrs. Hanoul, I will go back as soon as possible.

Good and pleasant hotel in the center of Oostende and near the beach
The breakfast was great, the room was a bit small but everything was fully booked, no other room available.
