- • The worst part was that the place was under construction and no one bothered to inform us. Very noisy. The spa was not relaxing at all. If we had known, we would have chosen another place

- • I would have liked more shaded places to sit by the top floor pool. I would have liked a larger indoor pool. I would have liked not to find a cockroach on the staircase on the way to my room one of the days. I would have liked a new shower cap everyday (I got only one the first day and I used it and it wasn't replaced)

- • There was a smell of mold in the bathroom and the room in general was a bit stuffy. The water in the pool was very cold! The arrangement of chairs around the pool was very crowded
