I would like to say that I did travel around Europe a lot but this Hotel is one of the best as there I had all that is required for people who use a wheelchair. Personally, I would like to thank the person who meets all the guests at breakfast. I didn’t catch his name, but I know that he is from Lille. Many thanks!!!

Amazing hotel in the heart of Malaga
Amazing stay from the first step into the hotel to check out with the possibility of taking a shower before the evening flight. This is how I imagine the staff of a 5* hotel. Both at check-in and in the restaurant, very nice and helpful staff. The surprise in the form of sparkling wine was a pleasure. The room was spacious enough and equipped with everything you need. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I really appreciate the emphasis on the small details. The air conditioning was functional and efficient. The breakfast selection was breathtaking and very tasty. The location right in the city center. I will definitely recommend the hotel and I will be happy to come back here when visiting Malaga again. Thank you

- • The size of the pool is smaller and could be bigger. There are also limited places to lie down by the pool. The fitness center could be bigger and better equipped.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly and courteous staff who were welcoming and hospitable. Even though we arrived prior to check-in time, we were given access to our room earlier with no need to ask. We were also lucky enough to be upgraded to a sea view room. The staff are professional and provide 5-star customer service. The rooftop bar and hotel restaurant are wonderful. The views are incredible!
