A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended
Check-in was smooth. We were greeted by a very gracious lady who showed us to our apartment and explained everything. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and located in a quiet area of Birmingham. The apartment building itself was very quiet. No outside noise as such. No traffic noise. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. All the appliances and crockery were of very good quality and spotlessly clean The best part was the two portable air conditioners. We experienced a three-day heatwave during our stay, and they kept us comfortable throughout Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Birmingham in the future. The host was also very responsive and extremely helpful

Clean, quite neighborhood. Our family had the best time there, it felt cozy , safe and overall nice homely vibe.

Great communication, met on arrival - all nice and clear in terms of arrangements. Apartment was clean, nicely fitted out and comfortable. Would recommend.

Excellent; desing, comfort and cozy
Everything. The place is so beautiful with industrial design and good quality stuff. Spotless and great bed. I made a last minute booking due to a cancellation and the process was super fast. You need to do checking online but had support on the phone and the person at the checking also amazingly friendly after I explained what happened as I was in a hurry. Thank you all
