The staff treated me quite kindly. The reception provided me with all the information and gave me details that could help me. The restaurant staff is quite kind. The restaurant host supported me so that I did not need to carry out an extra procedure.

It met the objective
The staff's attention was excellent. Very friendly and willing to address requests. The location is very good as it is on a quiet street but a few blocks from places of interest such as the MUT or Cenco Costanera. The buffet breakfast is very complete and varied, allowing each family member to enjoy according to their tastes.

- • The size of the room is somewhat small, but what stands out the most is their distribution, as up to the 5th floor you have to access through a relatively narrow and very dark hallway. The perception upon entering the rooms was that of being in a prison corridor.
Average, as my request was not considered. There must be a reason but it still generates frustration.
The bar is very good and the staff serves quite well. On the other hand, an important plus is the very spacious and secure parking.

- • I requested a room overlooking Holanda Avenue and was assigned one on the 2nd floor with no view at all. I did not find this attitude friendly.

- • For Sunday breakfast, everyone arrives later, so it gets very crowded and you have to wait. For the same reason, there is a lack of products, coffee, fruits, etc. Maybe they should open another room.
