The bed was so comfy, the location was perfect as I needed to be by the viaduct. We had breakfast and mini bar options if necessary and available car parks for extra. The decor was cute. Loved the shower and toilet concept but found it a bit inconvenient when using them. Definitely not a family hotel, more for couples. Shower was great though, hard pressure and had a rainfall option from the ceiling. I wanted a cuppa but wasn't keen on filling the jug with the bathroom sink tap.

- • Nothing to fault, but if I had to think hard, perhaps the fact that the power point for the coffee machine was behind the cabinet and not easily accessible. (Room 204)

- • There was a funny smell in the room and the room service meal was a chicken burger and chips, which was really disappointing. It wasn't worth $22

Location was great. Easy to walk to the CBD. Room was spacious with an outdoor area overlooking the pool. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the idiosyncrasies of this hotel - certainly not like the big bland chains.

- • Did not like the toilet shower area. The toilet when the screen was closed was claustrophobic and unpleasant - dark with limited space. The worst issue is the lack of any privacy. As there is only one sliding door, it only covers one amenity at a time.
