A truly moneys worth five star experience
The hotel was absolutely magnificent! Enjoyed every moment a truly 5 star experience! The staff was very friendly, the room was bigger than expected with all the amenities you need.

- • As a staff member of the one-star Michelin restaurant Xerta, the service attitude is cold, breakfast ordering is very slow. On the day of check-out, because we had to go to the airport at 7:20, we checked out at 6:50. When we arrived at the restaurant door, the receptionist said coldly that it opens at seven, and then let us stand at the door and wait. When it was seven, we had to ask her if we could go in, and only then did she let us in... She also never came to take our order. In the end, when we were almost out of time, she slowly came over to ask, but we had no time left. Both of us have stayed in many five-star hotels, and we have traveled to Spain several times with our own private car and driver, and have never encountered such a situation. Of course, we don't want to come back to such a hotel, even if the decoration is good! I think their work attitude does not live up to the stars hanging on the hotel door.
