- • Arrogant reception staff, rude young people. Dirt in the pools and delay in organizing chaos at lunch and breakfast tables.
Liked the hotel but the food could be more flavorful, including the Italian Restaurant which I found reasonable. Filet mignon m

- • Didn't like the lunch and dinner options very much. Because those at the beach want to have many fish and seafood options. There was usually one type of fish and a seafood dish, the rest was meat and chicken. We also couldn't tune the TV and the light bulb on our balcony was burnt out and despite requesting a replacement twice, no one came to change it.
All the staff we had contact with were polite, attentive, efficient. 24-hour meals. Good quality and variety of food. The hotel manages to serve guests very well, even with high occupancy. I recommend it.

Very good, missed having a kids' menu
The mattress was not so comfortable. Slippery bathroom floor. Shampoo and conditioner were bad and fixed too high on the wall, my 7-year-old daughter couldn't shower alone.

Good holidays
Large environment, tasty food, very good drinks, plenty of activities for children, teenagers, and adults, the space helps you stay in places with more or less excitement according to your preference. Spacious room, the TV didn't work well with the place's wifi and froze a lot (but we used it little). In the bathroom, there were some small bugs on some days.

- • Not all drink or food options were available in all locations, you need to walk a lot to get some items, for example, the cold coconut you only find at the beach bar, if you are at the pool it is far to fetch.

VERY GOOD HOTEL, BUT VERY BORING
The hotel is of a very good standard. The location in front of the beach and the view from the room are very pleasant. There were 220-volt outlets. The food was very abundant and varied. We liked that there was a device (a hose with a showerhead) in the bathrooms that replaced the lack of a bidet. The Japanese and Italian restaurants were very good with good service and some chef shows (especially the Japanese) and the violinist at the Italian. The buffet had something to eat even late at night. The deployed punctured hoses on the beach helped lower the temperature of the sand (which was not excessive) around the umbrellas. We enjoyed the many heated pools. The employees were very friendly. I especially thank Luci and Alex from the Front Desk, Adriana from restaurant reservations, Cristian from the Italian restaurant, and Marcos (firefighter) and a lifeguard (I think her name was Luciana) who helped us when our daughter was stung by a bee.

- • The hotel is VERY BORING. LACKS ENTERTAINMENT. When the sun goes down, there are only a few singers who sing Brazilian songs that only they know. There is no theater or dance halls. This is a major deficit for a hotel of this level. Also, the sport bar is very basic and the game room closes at 10 PM. The beach looks and has quite a wave similar to the Argentine sea, which generally does not allow you to go further than knee-deep although the water is warm. The service and slowness at the Le Soleil Restaurant are below the level of the other restaurants. The Wifi cut out at times. The curtains in the room did not completely block the light that entered in the early morning.
