- • The smell,had a very stale smell,was very old and run down,bed was very uncomfortable,no heat pump,but had small heater available.very basic room could do with some tlc

- • Dark blue wall ( choose a better colour). The place looked tired and the room was not heated for our arrival. Late check out needs a fairer price if staying 4 plus hours later. That makes sense for flights later in the day

- • Access was not easy, having to carry heavy suitcases up flights of stairs and through doors that would not stay open right at the top. If the reception staff had just explained you could get in off the carpark at the right level at the top end it would have helped but english not their strong point.

- • Absolutely disgusted. We booked in for 2 nights and upon arrival a man approached us sussing out my 12 year old son asking if we were looking for someone he looked like he was high on drugs. I asked the receptionist if there were beneficiaries/emergency housing clients living there in which he declined. As I tried to call booking.com to cancel our reservation because I already felt unsafe I saw one of the cleaners and asked her if there were people living there she admitted there were(poor lady she looked exhausted - there were only 2 cleaners who are expected to clean 55 rooms!! All we saw in the 15mins of being there were car loads of people coming in and out with cracked windscreens. I wasn’t going to put my children in danger so we left and they’re still trying to charge me for the 2 nights!!! Would not recommend this place and they shouldn’t be selling rooms to the public if there are emergency housing clients there. It was very intimidating and quite scary.
