Stay in Mar del Plata
The location, attention at the spa and the pool. The breakfast. The comfort.

- • I received a superb treatment from the woman at the time of check-in. No warm greeting upon arrival. They took a copy of my ID and I also had to fill out a form by hand. It seems redundant, but they told me it was a requirement from the authorities in Mar del Plata. Then I don't know how they handle that personal data. They wanted to charge me an approximate amount in pesos. Upon checking, it was fixed on the BNA page for the exchange rate and it was lower. The second day there was another person at the reception and they treated me much better. I had booked a room with a double bed but in the end, there were two beds joined by a bedspread. It sank in the middle. The bathroom was not very clean at the time of check-in. The hotel lobby flooded on the second day due to the rain. There was a leak in the ceiling.

- • not being able to park the car there because it scrapes the entire floor of the car when trying to go down to the parking lot. The ramp is poorly made.
Excellent hotel for a getaway
The location is very good. Less than 500 meters from the center in a quiet area with easy access to the beach. The buffet breakfast is very good

- • The gym could improve... treadmills and bicycles are deteriorated. Little equipment. The organization for breakfast was another point. The area is small and generally collapses, the staff is not trained to handle those moments. Although they maintain a very good disposition
