Nice stay, but noisy neighborhood. Not ideal for a long stay.
We stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. In itself a cozy, nice and clean apartment, with a good location in terms of proximity to the center and the beach. But in hindsight not the best location for us, as it is a noisy neighborhood and not ideal for a long stay. All in all, we had a very nice stay, but we were very lucky with the beautiful weather. If we had to stay inside more often, I don't know if the experience would have been the same.

- • Noisy neighborhood with many restaurants and cafes, with windows closed no problem but not ideal in the summer. At times there is a lively atmosphere in the cafe across the street, which is not conducive to a good night's sleep. The restaurant owner on the ground floor felt it necessary one evening to play classical music very loudly at 10:30 pm for the whole building. Children woke up and after knocking on the door 4 times, with enough pause in between, but the music was so loud that I had to knock a little harder each time, I was snapped at. Too bad, I could have just as easily called the police. Smokers' table outside at the entrance, so you have to walk past the smoke at times to enter the apartment. The last exhale after the smokers' cigarette naturally also happens in the public hallway of the apartment, which is not pleasant, dear smokers please take this into account. In addition, this table is under the window of the first-floor apartment, so the smoke comes in through the open window. The bedroom windows overlook the flat roof of the kitchen and are enclosed. Although the owner can do little to change this, it works as a sound amplifier (you hear every conversation of your upstairs neighbors) and you also get the kitchen smells. The motor of the restaurant's extractor fan, next to the bedroom, can also be disturbing, but fortunately it turns off at night. For early sleepers like children, this is annoying. No washing machine, not ideal for a long stay. There is also little cooking equipment. Non-stick pan really needs to be replaced, and we did not use it, we eventually bought one ourselves. Not having towels and bed linen available is annoying.
Super nice stay 🙏🏼👌 we will come back to this accommodation.
Fortunately, the beds are comfortable, was a bit skeptical at first. All necessities are provided and the accommodation was very clean!👌

- • There was no air conditioning or fan available. Not pleasant to sleep on hot days.
It was really beautiful inside.
