- • Water and other drinks excessively expensive. It's absurd for a canned water to cost 12 reais... we had to resort to buying outside.

- • Breakfast is abundant, but poorly made. I have never stayed in a hotel with such bad scrambled eggs, Novotel managed to do it.

Excellent breakfast, attentive and friendly staff. Brand new, clean and comfortable room. Excellent rooftop with a wonderful view. Perfect location.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are impeccable and comfortable, varied and delicious breakfast, the beach is very close and the hotel provides towels, chairs, and umbrella. The staff is very friendly. A very good place to stay.

I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. I found it expensive for what it offers.

- • I made a reservation for 2 days but missed the flight and had to go the next day. I called the hotel and informed them that I would arrive in the morning and asked them to please keep my reservation because I would arrive in the morning and needed the room to get ready for a wedding in the early afternoon. I arrived at the hotel and they had given my room to someone else and there was no room available. I paid 2,300.00 for 2 nights and they told me I would have to wait until a room was available and cleaned. I found it absurd to be charged and left waiting. The receptionist only arranged another room because I complained a lot and said it was disrespectful for me to have made a reservation, called to inform that I would arrive early the next day and would have little time for the wedding and then arrive there and not have the room. Besides this poor reception, I found the hotel quite expensive for what it offers. The elevator is slow and you take a long time to go up and down because it serves the entire hotel, the bathroom towels were stained with blood and the chair upholstery in the room was dirty and dingy. For that price, it should have been impeccable.
