- • Check in took long time almost 1 hour waited for the room to get cleaned. Bathroom should have closed door as the water has leaked out of the room and wet the tiles outside.

Will stay at this hotel again next time I come to Mumbai
The staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic. The front desk staff knew it was my first time in India and prepared a local Indian welcome ceremony for me, which was very touching. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant service staff were also very proactive in serving.
