This was a lovely place to chill and relax. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was good. Desert trip super

- • Reasons You Should Avoid This Hotel 1. The staff have no sense of responsibility. One of the staff members spilled juice on me and didn't even apologize. Instead, they tried to blame me for what happened. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. 2. The hotel is extremely dirty. I used one of the public restrooms, and there was human waste left in the toilet because the water pressure was too weak to flush it away. It looked like it had been left there for a long time. The towels also smelled bad, and the water pressure in the room's bathroom was so weak that even using the toilet was inconvenient. 3. The breakfast was terrible. I don't think most international guests would enjoy it. 4. The older staff member should not be working in hospitality. He was unhelpful, disrespectful, and showed no professionalism or basic manners. The swimming pool was filthy. The water was so cloudy that I seriously questioned whether it was safe to get in. The hotel gate was locked when we returned from the desert tour. There was no staff available at the entrance. This is the first hotel I've ever stayed at that didn't have someone on duty 24 hours a day. In the event of a fire or any other emergency, guests could be trapped inside. That is a serious safety concern. These are the reasons why I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The owner should read this review carefully and take immediate action to fix these problems. Also, if you notice that this hotel has very few reviews despite having a high rating, think twice before booking

Amazing hotel with caring and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we need!
Nour El Waha Hotel is very special, they welcomed us with the best welcome, they offered us a drink of juice from one of Siwa milkshakes, then we entered the rooms, the rooms are really clean, and the sheets are wonderful, and the rooms smelled fresh and the bathroom is very clean. The hotel area itself and the restaurant is large, it has a beautiful garden full of flowers, and the swimming pool has mineral water, it is very clean, and the staff are very clean and they care very much about the cleanliness of the place, everything is tidy, the food is wonderful, the best food I have eaten in Egypt was here in Nour El Waha Restaurant, no matter how much I write , I will not be able to do justice to this hotel. In fact, whoever wants to come to Siwa, I recommend this place here. If we want to order something, the staff here will serve it to us. The manager Ali was incredible and made us feel welcome from the get go, he made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us lifts around town and put us in touch with tour guides who wouldn’t scam us. We had a great time in Siwa that wouldn’t have been possible without Ali and his hard work, and an experience that we wouldn’t have had at any other hotel!

- • Empty pool!!! Very disappointing! Had to insist to ask for a discount. The 'local' breakfasts not suitable for tourists. Very very close to a minaret... and the muezzin!

A good choice in Siwa near the center of the town
The staff was very helpful and helped me arranging desert safari and return trip to Cairo. I highly recommend to go to Sahara desert safari with The hotel manager. He has a great Landcruiser. There was dinner available which was tasty local food. Airconditioning was a good thing to have.

Light of the oasis
It's a peaceful garden setting close to town. Siwa farmers market is on Fridays. The staff is very helpful can arrange any sort of outings in the area. A place where travelers and Egyptians like to go. The pool is really lovely in hot weather. The place is clean and they make a good effort to keep the dust down. Wifi is ok not fast but possible to zoom. They are always ready if you want smoothies or hot drinks. Really kind place and people.
