Beautiful accommodation and friendly, hospitable staff. The rooms are beautiful and tidy. I liked the very beautiful reception hall with harmonious colors. Very close to the airport. All rooms have balconies overlooking green spaces.

- • The sound of airplanes is somewhat annoying. The restaurant is modest but good, somewhat far from the city center.

- • The location is very annoying, and you can't sleep due to the noise of airplanes because of its proximity to the airport.
Comfortable stay with friendly staff
Very polite staff - they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The welcome fresh fruit drink was refreshing. The check-in process takes a while (questions to answer, submitting IDs), but there is plenty of seating in the lounge area for the rest of the family to wait/ rest. The rooms are clean, although the carpet in the living area needs to be shampooed. Bathrooms were clean, and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was mostly south Indian, which was fresh and delicious. The hotel surroundings were green and quiet (a few planes flew past, but it didn't really bother us). Location was a plus, 3kms from the airport.

- • The fruit platter with a welcome note - it's a very nice touch when welcoming guests, however, the fruits are not fresh. We stayed at the property twice, and both times the cut pieces of fruit were stale (refrigerated for too long).
