- • The room gives a sense of dirtiness with the wallpaper on the walls peeling off, the bathroom encrusted with limescale, and water coming out from under the tub. After the first night, they did not clean the room

This hotel is not for tourists. This is for walk-in people from the street to have intimacy for hours. So we were not aware of this problem in booking. This is why there is only one type of room. Terrible experience.

- • I don’t like it at all, the staff was very unhelpful. No proper handover or guidance was given upon guests' arrival. The staff were very arrogant and unfriendly. Please make sure you improve your customer service regardless of whether the customers are local or international. People will have a bad perception of Busan people! Seoul is better.
