Good stay, but some things can be improved
Cleaning service was good and not invasive like in other hotels. Breakfast is great and with nice views to the sea. The Buffet is better than A Popa restaurant. Location is great to just go downstairs on the beach, also easy to take the bus to Palma, and just 10 min walk to Joan Miro Foundation. They refill the complimentary water bottles daily. Staff is smiling, nice and attentive.

- • Room 817 was quite noisy during the night, it’s probably next to some generator or machine that makes constant noise. The SPA is just ok, some facilities are a bit dated. Also, there is no iron in the room, but you can ask the reception and they will send one over for max 2 hrs. There is no place to hang wet swimsuits in the balcony to dry, and people were just putting their things to dry on the balcony edges. These are just a fee things that can be improved, otherwise we had a really comfortable stay.

The sea view, clean rooms, great bedding with fluffy towels, lovely staff, sun loungers and a small restaurant by the pool are superb.

- • For my part, considering the price, it is not acceptable to have to pay 120 euros for 2 sun loungers on the beach! And the city view room is very expensive for such a tiny room. Luckily, we were able to easily change my son's room...

- • The beach bar could open a little earlier, 11 am is a bit late
